Dave and Tracy Wilcox
Dave and Tracy Wilcox bring more than 30 years of coaching experience with athletes and have taught more than 5,000 pickleball players. As club owners and full-time instructors, they work with everyone from first-time players to advanced competitors. Their complementary strengths create a well-rounded learning experience: Dave specializes in court awareness, strategy and decision-making, while Tracy focuses on stroke development, specific skills and the mental side of competition.
Their coaching goes beyond how to hit a shot to help players understand when and why to use it. Through progressive drills and live play, participants explore shot selection, third-shot options, movement through the transition zone and effective teamwork. The goal is to help players recognize patterns, make more intentional decisions and leave with practical skills they can continue developing at home.
