Payment & Cancellation Policy
Your $500 deposit secures your place in the retreat.
• If the retreat does not move forward, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• Once the retreat is confirmed, deposits are non-refundable.
• Final payment is due 90 days before departure.
• If you need to cancel, payments are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by another participant. If your space is filled, payments made will be refunded less a $150 administrative and processing fee.
• Participant substitutions may be arranged up to 30 days before the retreat start date.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
• A $150 administrative and processing fee applies to any refund issued.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
Our goal is to be fair while honoring commitments made to our partners and the small group experience.
Participant Agreement & Activity Waiver
Participation in pickleball, travel, and related activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical exertion, injury, weather conditions, and travel disruptions.
By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and accept responsibility for your own health, safety, and personal belongings.
You agree to release and hold harmless Picklebilly Travel, its organizers, coaches, staff, and partners from liability arising from participation in the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Assumption of Risk
You understand that outdoor conditions, court surfaces, travel delays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect activities or scheduling, and you accept these possibilities as part of the experience.
Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for managing their own medical needs, medications, and travel arrangements.
