Liability Waiver & Release

By participating in a Picklebilly Travel retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in pickleball activities, travel, and related experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, illness, or property loss. By joining the retreat, you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Picklebilly Travel, its organizers, partners, coaches, hosts, and service providers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in the retreat, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Health & Fitness

You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in pickleball and related activities. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if you have any concerns about your health or ability to participate.

Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat destination, as well as ensuring valid travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.

Personal Property

Picklebilly Travel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the retreat.

Third-Party Services

Retreats may include services provided by third parties (such as accommodations, transportation, tours, or dining). Picklebilly Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these providers.

Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the retreat to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
