About Coach Kevin Beeson
Kevin Beeson is an IPTPA and IFP Professional, a two-time National Champion, and has 30+ years of teaching tennis and pickleball around the U.S. and internationally. Kevin is the author of “Pickleball Metaphors: The Fast Track to Better Pickleball,” where he leverages his vast experience to provide players with effective strategies for improving their game.
His passion for sports not only drives him to excel in competition but also fuels his commitment to teaching. Kevin has worked with players of all ages, from beginners to advanced competitors, helping them develop their skills, understand the dynamics of the game, and enhance their overall performance.
Additionally, Kevin is actively involved in the pickleball community, hosting clinics, workshops, and tournaments that encourage participation and foster camaraderie among players. Kevin’s dedication to pickleball exemplifies his belief in the transformative power of sports, as he continues to inspire and empower athletes around the world.

Yes — each suite includes a personal safe for passports, electronics, and valuables. The villa is private and secure, allowing you to relax with peace of mind.

Yes — each suite has its own air conditioner so you can stay comfortable throughout your stay.
Do I need to exchange money?
No — U.S. credit cards and U.S. currency are widely accepted. It’s helpful to bring some cash for tipping, entry fees, paying for a brief taxi ride, or small purchases or incidentals.
As a general guideline, we suggest a gratuity of approximately $100 per person to be shared among the chef, housekeeping team, and property staff.
